The original Martin Sebor absinthe comes from the same mountain region as the delectable Krasna Lipa absinthe. From this crisp, pure air, the vital herbs are selected by hand. Anise, fennel, coriander, and other herbs are masterfully blended to create this well-balanced absinthe. Unlike the tamer Krasna Lipa, which contains a mere 8.5 mg/kg of thujone, Martin Sebor strongly embraces the wormwood. This is also apparent in the bold taste. The natural green coloring is achieved without any additives, making this a 100% natural absinthe. This also means it should avoid direct contact with sunlight, as this will cause the rich green color to fade.
